Oceanview Resort Policies Oceanview Resort will charge your credit card for your first night stay when you confirm your reservations. All reservations will be confirmed within 24 hours. Cancellations policy states that you must cancel by 6 pm prior to the date of your arrival. Check out time is 11:00 am. Any items that are missing from your hotel room after you depart will be charge to your credit card. Pets are permitted in cottages but are not permitted in the hotel rooms, unless you call and get permission for that specific type of pet. Privacy Policy: We will not sell, rent, distribute or otherwise give your email address, mailing address, contact information or any other information we collect from you to any other third party. All information that we collect is kept on a secure server and is used ONLY for internal billing purposes. Our company respects the privacy of all customers and therefore NO personally identifiable information is disclosed. Refund of Deposit: Where cancellation is made and no cancellation fee is payable, or the cancellation fee is of less value than the deposit, the deposit, or balance thereof, will be refunded to the payer. In the event of payment of deposit other than by credit card, refund will be made by cheque. Deposits charged against a credit card will be refunded to the credit card account. Advice of any refund will be forwarded to the depositor/cardholder. Policies effective March 2004
